It's that moment many of you have been waiting for since our last Friday Night Lights event. The CrossFit Open is here! Now, it's time for all of us to challenge ourselves and have some fun. Whether this is your first Open at SLCF, or you're a veteran, everyone has questions about how we approach this time of year. Below we are going to answer many of your questions to help you prepare.
Before we get started, here are our coaching staff's four simple tips for the Open:
- HAVE FUN! Isn't that obvious? It's what we do at SLCF.
- DO YOUR BEST. Don't worry about everyone else. Your best is all you need!
- CHEER. Everyone can use the encouragement. We're all in this together.
- BE POSITIVE. See struggles as opportunities to grow in the coming year.
