In our efforts to prioritize health and adhere to the City of Knoxville’s COVID-19 requirements, we are not currently hosting our free community classes. We can’t wait for the eventual time when we will once again be able to embrace a gym packed with people. Drop-ins

We love having visitors drop in for workouts when they are away from their home CrossFit gym! We do ask that you have at least three (3) months of prior CrossFit experience if you are planning to stop by for a workout. Contact us with any questions and to give us a heads up when you are coming! Our drop-in rate is $20/class.
