new to crossfit?

Before joining group classes, we take individuals unfamiliar with CrossFit though our “First Step” course. In this course, you will have personalized training  scheduled at your convenience with  our expert coaches, as well as continued accountability through your first 3 months of membership. Sessions are designed to teach you the basic movements of CrossFit, discuss our style of training, and tackle specific questions to set you up for success!

*First Step is required for all new members that do not have prior CrossFit experience.
