South Landing has provided such a positive, motivating, and engaging environment for me and my family. Because of the community they have created I look forward to working out, which is something I never thought I’d say! I have reached fitness goals I didn’t think were achievable.

If I were to tell somebody about the programming here, the first thing I would say is it’s for everybody. You can get a really hard and tough workout no matter what fitness level you’re in because everything is able to be tailored to what works for you…I started at 320 lbs…everybody can do CrossFit.

get started with First step
Before joining group classes, we take individuals unfamiliar with CrossFit though our “First Step” course. In this course, you will have personalized training scheduled at your convenience with our expert coaches. Sessions are designed to teach you the basic movements of CrossFit, discuss our style of training, and tackle specific questions to set you up for success!
*First Step is required for all new members that do not have prior CrossFit experience.
