get started with First step

Before joining group classes, we take individuals unfamiliar with CrossFit though our “First Step” course. In this course, you will have personalized training  scheduled at your convenience with  our expert coaches. Sessions are designed to teach you the basic movements of CrossFit, discuss our style of training, and tackle specific questions to set you up for success!

*First Step is required for all new members that do not have prior CrossFit experience.

Given that I went 20+ years without working out or eating right consistently, I have to say the difference has been South Landing…I’ll be 50 in 13 months and it’s possible I’ll be the healthiest I’ve ever been in my life.
