Are you looking for a fun weekend workout? Every Saturday, SLCF opens its doors to the community from 10-11 a.m. for a one-hour workout. No experience is required. Exercises are modified for all levels and led by our certified coaches. Come join us one weekend for a great chance to sweat and make some new friends!

Drop-ins

We love having visitors drop in for workouts when they are away from their home CrossFit gym! We do ask that you have at least three (3) months of prior CrossFit experience if you are planning to stop by for a workout. Contact us with any questions and to give us a heads up when you are coming! Our drop-in rate is $20/class.
