The pursuit of fitness should be a priority for every stage of life. THRIVE is a strength training program specifically geared towards individuals ages 50 and older. If you’re seeking to build strength and endurance for the active things you love, this program is for you. 

THRIVE focuses on increasing bone and muscle strength, stability and range of motion, and overall aerobic and cardiovascular capacity. You will learn safe movements that strengthen you to do the things you love for longer and maintain or increase quality of life. We want to help you build confidence and movement stability, as well as connect you with peers and help you stay accountable on your journey.

Since joining THRIVE I’ve seen an overall increase in my strength and endurance. Megh and my team members motivate me. I love that Megh tells us what muscle groups we’re working on, her constant encouragement, her incorporation of mind/body connection and her super sunny disposition!
